About

Concert Timer is a timing tool made for orchestra librarians and personnel managers. Build your program, time each piece as it's performed, and run a countdown intermission with a tuning note at the end. Add encores on the fly, and the moment the concert ends, share a clean PDF of the actual timings — scheduled start time and end time included — straight to your personnel manager. • Build a program in seconds: pieces, intermission, conductor, and soloists • Time each piece live, with a clear running clock • Countdown intermission with an adjustable length, a warning before it ends, and a tuning note at zero — choose your pitch, from Baroque (392, 415 Hz) to modern (440–443 Hz) • Record encores during the concert • Export a dated PDF of the full timing sheet • Everything stays on your device — no account, no tracking • Available in 11 languages Designed in the spirit of Swiss typography: clear, quiet, and quick to use in the dark backstage. Made by a librarian, for librarians.

What's New in Concert Timer

1.4

August 2, 2026

Concert Timer now runs on iPhones with iOS 18 or later, instead of requiring the newest version. Before a concert, the PDF is a program: with no timings recorded yet, it ends after the last piece — no total, nothing to cross out. Print it for the musicians' folders. Afterwards the same sheet returns with every duration.
