ConcertPlan (musicians)

ConcertPlan is the app for musicians who work with choirs, orchestras, vocal ensembles and agencies that use ConcertPlan. Everything you need for your productions, without opening the website. YOUR PRODUCTIONS See your ongoing and upcoming productions at a glance, with dates, organization and your role. For each production you'll find the organizers' notes, contacts to call or message on WhatsApp, the schedule, the lineup and the attachments. REHEARSALS AND CONCERTS, DAY BY DAY An agenda with all your commitments: time, duration, place and notes for every rehearsal and concert, organized by month. Look ahead at what's coming or back at what's done. NOTICES FROM THE ORGANIZERS Read your organization's communications right away: new ones are highlighted, so you never miss one. PROGRAM AND SCORES The concert program in order, with the duration, notes and scores of every piece, ready to open whenever you need them. EXPENSE REIMBURSEMENTS WITH A PHOTO Send reimbursement requests straight from your phone: take a photo of the receipt or attach a PDF, and keep track of the ones you've already sent. ALL YOUR ORGANIZATIONS TOGETHER Do you play or sing with more than one ensemble? Link your profiles and see everything in one place, with a filter by organization. And more: light and dark themes, an overview of the devices signed in to your account, and password recovery right in the app. The app is for musicians only: to sign in you need your ConcertPlan musician credentials, provided by your organization.
