Fails to Rotate
With all the money they take from taxpayers this app should at least rotate with the direction of the screen. This is a simple app intended to provide information to the county residents and maybe others, so it should at least conform to the standard. Maybe two stars might get your attention. You can earn more by adding an automatic rotate to screen position into the code.
