So happy my son’s highschool changed to this system. The other system was so difficult to use and the app never worked properly. This app is easy, takes you step by step and I am able to send early dismissal requests in one step! Reporting absences is a breeze. I am also grateful that the school implemented the pass system for their students. School safety has always been a worry, knowing where my son is by having them create a pass is a huge relief. Thank you Concierge Pad!!!

Could you please make the health survey more parent friendly? Separate the yes and no to 2 different buttons. The way it’s set up now, when you select one, it sometimes goes to the other option.

Thank you so much for your review. We really appreciate all comments and feedback and we are working hard on making the health surveys better. For now, for the switch control if you just press or tap on No or Yes that seems to make it easier.
