App no longer works
I’ve reinstalled this app several times, but it stalls out while sending, when I can log on at all. This used to be a *great* tool for reporting graffiti and illegal dumping around town but for the past two months, performance has been spotty, and now it’s just simply doesn’t work. City staff here in Concord is extremely capable responding to vandalism, etc, but this app is the weak link in the process.

Useless
This app is useless. Dozens of people have made reports and absolutely nothing gets done. They just marked a bunch of reports as complete on 4th of July and did nothing about the fireworks. Government tax dollars at work.
Google Pixel Android
Tried downloading app to Google Pixel Android phone. It downloads but stops at the blue screen and then stops at blue screen.
Uninstall app, have turned off phone for 5 minutes, turns phone on, reinstall and the same thing happens.

Excellent App
I have used this app for many years. Easiest way to get issues to correct city department for their follow-up. You can attach or take a picture of the situation and the app will also allow the city to see the actual location of the problem.
When Apple updated to iOS 14 the app failed to work, but after notifying the city they contacted the vendor and the app had been updated to work with iOS 14 now.

So many bugs!
Keeps crashing and I can’t even open the app anymore. Reset phone. Deleted app. Logged out. Everything. Can’t view or do anything.
