Cannot "give" through the app nor can I log in

Not sure what is going on, I trying to use the "give" link on the app, it asks for my pass code, then how much I want to give, then takes me to a website to confirm or cancel my request, I hit confirm and it says "error loading page". This is very frustrating. Also, I can't even log in anymore.
