Will not allow access to make a payment even having set up the designated Special Assessment Account that has been registered and approved. It shouldn’t be this challenging to pay a bill!

From there I downloaded this app, and I cannot sign-in using this app…

Can not make payment through the app
When I click “proceed to echeck payment details”, the app will shutdown immediately. The same for the credit card option. Please fix it. Thank you.
