Data Cannot Synchronize
User A and User B login with same account, and user A uploaded the defect list and submitted to the JMB. However, user B is not able to fetch the submitted data which submitted by user A, even the logged data has been uploaded to by clicking the cloud icon. Tried multiple attempts by reinstall the apps, relogin, refresh, reupload, redownload uploaded data, none of them seems to be working.
