Anyone living in a apartment block which is not managed by a property management company has likely experienced the bureaucracy of managing a condominium. From writing receipts by hand, keeping documentation in folder, printing notices, making payments, and more. Hiring a property management company is often not justified due to the small number of units and associated costs. Having personally experienced being the administrator twice, we came up with the idea of creating a system to digitize and simplify the entire process. With this platform, I hope to help many of you who, like me, face these challenges.
