This app is very easy to use and the layout is organized and functional. I like the favourites tab - you can add the properties that you want to follow. It’s great that you I can use the filter options to narrow down searches by building type or area and also on whether there is subway access. A very useful app to have for researching buildings and their amenities. I appreciate the detailed descriptions for each building. This app can be helpful to consumers who are looking to rent or buy a place and needing to find info about a specific place or even just to learn about the condo market. I can see the app being very useful for people living away or outside a specific area and wanting to find information on a building without having to travel to it; for example, if someone was looking to have information about a building in Brampton but I lives in Toronto. I have learned so much about different condos and buildings by using this app!
