A designer’s secret weapon for creating custom colors from real life. The one feature that is missing is iCloud sync across devices. Create colors in one place and use them in other devices.

Wow!

I’m usually too lazy to rate apps but I had to make an exception here. I like to mix and make paints and this app has by far been the most accurate and easy to use! Definitely worth supporting!

Great App

After briefly using this app, it is very simple to use while producing a vast array of combinations visually. It seems to be pre calibrated wonderfully accurate and is easy to use. Great product.

Purchased but unintuitive

Moving swatches from one bucket to another is not easy. Deleting is also not just a swipe.

Still confused about buckets but colorblind mode is awesome!!

Is there a possibility of including Munsell notation? Would be very useful for artists using oil paint that has Munsell notation, ie Gamblin Oil Paint.

Sorry… DAS ist ein „No-Go“! Wenn „1 week trial“ a wozu dann Zahlungsweise festlegen? Entweder die App ist gut - dann werde ich sie abonnieren oder Sie überzeugt mich nicht, dann abonniere ich sie nicht. Automatisch nach Trial-Zeitraum abonnieren ist für mich ein dubioses Geschäft. Damit hat sich diese App sofort disqualifiziert.

I’m color blind and it’s so helpffull. It has a fancy name for the color but it also tells u just the basic color

Useless

Absolutely useless for colourist and for everyone who works with colours. Colours picked don’t correspond to reality. My eye sees better than this app. Do not recommend.

The accuracy of colors depends a lot on the lighting conditions around you. We recommend either capturing colors in neutral light or using the color temperature tool in Cone to calibrate it with the environment. Hope this helps and apologies for the bad experience.

This app is useless unless you upgrade to pro version with an annual fee.

Hi, Cone's camera color picker (the most advanced feature) is completely free to use without any limits. Pantone matching is paid because Cone is officially licensed by Pantone and the license does not come for free. It allows us to keep the colors updated and accurate. Hope it helps!

What you need to know

I’ve just recently got this app because i’m red green colorblind and this app comes in very handy when non-colorblind people ask about what colors I see. Very easy to use and fast working too!! Also can be VERY helpful for graphic design and art in general. Now I can finally stop asking other people what color things are!!

Subscription 😡🤬🤢🤮👎

I always avoid subscription apps but the info on this App was well hidden. They are careful not to put a value in the description, the primary indicator of a subscribe App. I don’t like these stealth tactics. Being Dyslexic, I don’t want to be forced to read & digest the description just because the App doesn’t want to be upfront about its costs to its customers.
The App is nice but the subscription attitude makes it a fail.
