This program enabled me to have confidence in social situations. That has been a struggle for me.
Each day it locks up
I’ve never written an app review before but this is very frustrating: each day the app locks up and you cannot access the app at all—it says you completed the day and the screen stays frozen until the following day, then it repeats. It seems the content would be good but I cannot access it to even tell if it would work. Please contact me to let me know it’s getting fixed or refund the purchase—would love to keep if it would work properly. Not a big confidence booster, instead it leaves you frustrated. I know that’s not Paul’s goal so I hope it gets fixed.

Pretty useless
If you really don't have any confidence, this won't help. If you're just in a rut, you may have some luck getting out of it with this.

Don't purchase
His previous app was much better. You could do the hypnosis at anytime. This current app makes you follow a 7 day plan so if you miss a session you either have to skip it or start all over. Terrible design!!! Don't waste your money!
Very worthwhile
This program helps you to break out of a negative thinking pattern, by giving you exercises to do that really work. Repeating the ideas and getting reminders to keep up your new, more positive way of thinking has made a difference for me. Bonus: I'm sleeping more soundly after listening to the evening hypnotics, his voice is very soothing and I wake up in a really good mood. I'm 8 days into the program and very pleased with the results.
