Helpful for the reception desk
We have a receptionist but as a small business they wear multiple hats so aren’t always up front. We have the Kiosk text the receptionist when clients arrive so they know someone is up front. Super convenient.

A great addition to my counseling practice
Before the check in kiosk, clients (especially new ones) would walk into my counseling practice, unsure of how to let me know they were there. You can imagine how anxiety inducing this is for someone who is coming to therapy for the first time. Now that I’ve installed the check in Kiosk, clients are at ease when they come in and check in, knowing that I’ve been notified of their arrival! Cannot recommend enough- I wish all clinics had something like this!

Exactly What an Office Needs
This app is awesome! It is easy to set up and configure all by yourself. The concept is simple: the guest checks in on a tablet by entering their name and selecting the provider they are there to see. The provider receives a text alerting them their appointment is there. So simple yet incredibly helpful! Every office should use this app!

Counseling Practice
We are a small practice that does not have a receptionist. This app has created a seamless and professional experience for our clients when they arrive. The client only enters their first name to ensure privacy compliance and a photo directory of clinicians is displayed for them to select who they are there to see. The app then sends an SMS and/or email to the clinician letting them know the client has arrived. Super simple for everyone.
