App ceased working
App stopped working midway through last year. Attempted to contact company 3 times to correct problem. Auto billed me for service again for 2025 on broken product and will not respond to emails to correct the problem.

Your crazy VPN needs password problem check, login problem needs to be fixed, even though you are sure of your password , the app won’t login.

As another mentioned here: the ‘ Last Step’ page freezes. Restarting the program, it will fail to connect.

I get a sample five star rating the only problem is configured my personal VPN has become a problem but other than that it’s great.
Could not sign up or connect
Installed app on iPhone and kept having to click “continue” on what it said was Last Step. So I backed out and it appeared that it had installed. When I launched it got alternating messages “connecting,” “disconnected.” Tried to log in to account and could not. Deleted app so don’t really know if it’s any good or not. I’m using PROTONVPN which is less than half the price for 5 devices.

Not connecting to ant website
From couple of weeks it stop working in UAE.vpn connection establish but unable to open any website.I try to reinstall multiple times but it’s the same issue.I checked with other users in UAE too and they also has the same issue

So I bought this app in the back of Duet, which is a brilliant solution for using your iPad as a secondary screen when using a laptop. So I was hoping that for the occasions when I do travel and look at UK content from other countries this would allow me to do that, alas it doesn’t. I wanted to watch sky content but detects that I’m outside the UK. Activate VPN and still it picks up that I’m not in the UK. Sadly disappointed and will have to try a different vpn service.

The Best of the Best VPNs
I have tried a number of VPNs on a various number of laptops, cell phones and desktops and without a doubt this software is the best. Won’t go into spec detail but as a security specialist, I know.

I am very satisfied with the VPN. It is something of a comfort to not have to worry as much about security and personal data being given away. And it is fast. I have seen a very slight reduction in speed but worth the piece of mind.

Nutze die VPN-App schon lange Zeit. Funktioniert meistens gut und zuverlässig. So gut, dass das Lufthansa-Portal die Meldung „Service currently unavailable“ zeigt, weil die Canvas-Tracker der LH.com nicht funktionieren und Lufthansa dann den Service verweigert, frei nach dem Motto „Wenn ich Dich nicht tracken kann, dann gibt‘s auch kein Flugticket“.
Schade ist aber, dass in jüngster Zeit bei mir immer wieder ein „Sign in“ erforderlich ist, um confirmed VPN zu starten. Dann sagt er Passwort oder User falsch. Drücke ich dann Restore Purchase und Connect, dann läuft VPN wieder.

Not as good as the others
While the concept is great the service is not. It will not stay connected and often won’t connect at all.
Not working and no answer
It was working okay till a week ago, stopped working all of a sudden, and i tried to contact the support, they first replied to change the password and several steps, but none of them works, and then they stopped replying.
So i paid this month on the 17th, and i didn’t use it.

Connection button keeps flickering between connected and disconnected and won’t connect in the end.
Doesn’t work
This app is garbage. It simply doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to the developer. They tried to troubleshoot the issue with me, but they were unsuccessful. As soon as I asked for a refund, they went dark.
