Create a private Messaging Room or Voice Room, invite the other person, and slow down the conversation with coaching that encourages calm, clarity, and empathy. After a room ends, Conflict Room can generate personal summaries and a shared repair plan so each participant can reflect on what happened and what may help next time. For therapist-sponsored access, therapists can receive pattern-level conversation insights for linked clients without seeing raw messages, audio, or transcripts.
