Nothing Works

Despite trying to push customers to their app, it seems quite a bit of functionality doesn’t actually function. My credit card, which is in good working order and which I’ve used since trying it on the app, would not work and I got an error. Trying to scan my QR code in the app also did not work.

Order

Placed a pickup order thru the app, got a text notifying that my food was ready. Went to the pickup counter and they said they never got my order, that the app was probably to blame yet proceded to read me my order
