This app appears to be abandoned by developer (the city of Casper.)
Always get a “failure to report” error on potholes.
Additionally, the options it gives for both pothole reporting and error options are ambiguous at best. Nonetheless i’ve tried them all without success.
There was a time when this app used to work. Likely abandonware by the city.
