Crashes on iOS 16
App will not load if logging in on iOS 16. Seems to work (limited) without signing in, but crashes and will not load if using the “Sign in with Apple” option.
Can it get any worse ?
Wow ,this app is the epitome of going from bad to worse !! How do you mess up something that’s already messed up and make it worse than before…..huh?I advise anyone who is thinking about switching their services to Altafiber don’t do it !!
Fix it or remove it please
I remember when this app worked and worked very well. I dropped it after the rebranding from Cincinnati Bell to Altafiber and the app seemed to quit being updated. Imagine my surprise when I see an ad on FB Altafiber page to download the app. “Yahoo, the got it back” I thought. Now I see my hope have been dashed against the rocks like the small boat in a gale. Thanks for the killing hope of a decent app being reborn.

Like everyone else, downloaded per instructions on Riverbend web page. Once downloaded and created account it would not open.

Downloaded the app per Riverbend to have WiFi while there, and it wouldn’t launch after installed…saw all of the 1-star ratings after attempting multiple times; should be an embarrassment for Cincy Bell to have this set-up and not work…I’d love to think Cincinnati local companies could manage technology, but apparently not.

Initially the app wouldn’t let me get past the login screen then it would just automatically close before even loading the login screen.

This app crashes constantly. I have deleted and reinstalled it several times with no success. Not amused!
Great Idea but poor execution
I like the idea of an app to connect to local events, deals, and hotspots. However, the app crashes immediately after sign in. Uninstalling and restarting device does not help. There is also no way to report an issue with the app through the App Store.

This is the third time I have downloaded this app and it has never worked. It installs, when I try to go into the app it crashes. Over deleted and reinstalled over the last couple months

Considering that the real intention of the app is not to offer you deals or freebies, but to gather your personal data & track where you are in the city? You’re better off with deals from AAA to Verizon to City Beat.
The user interface is garbage. As others have noted, you attempt to open something like sweepstakes (and seriously, who uses a word like sweepstakes?) and it crashes the app or pushes you back to a landing page?
Be warned! Once you enter any personal info, expect the email you used to get spammed with offers from Cincinnati Bell!

App doesn’t work for me any longer.
When I launch the app it shows sweepstakes for a moment then goes to a swipe screen that shows the things the app does but doesn’t allow me to actually use any features. I gave attempted to login through FB but it still fails to respond.
Great way to win tickets
Thanks cincinnati bell for giving me the opportunity to win free tickets. I try to enter every day and have won several times in the last year. Also the deals have saved me $$ on local places.
Log In Buffering After Entering Email Address
I tried to enter the email address linked to my account, to get into the app and upon pressing Sign In, it continues to just buffer and doesn’t sign in at all. If someone could please reach out and help with this.
