So much potential but…
Sadly if you have an issue with the app you seem to be on your own with ZERO support. It was working well previously but all of the sudden it stoped being able to connect to my work portal (web) and download/capture my roster.
I’ve raised a help IT ticket but haven’t had a reply (crickets). I’ve also raised tickets on other things previously within this app and their other logbook app but never received a email rely from support.
Hopefully I receive a reply soon and can remove this review.

Great app for roster recording and sharing with family
The Connect app is a well designed app that presents our roster in a very easy to read format.
The interface with our rostering and EFB systems is well designed and presents both great value in terms of cost for the app and utility for the crew members.
Used Rosterbuster before Connect and find Connect a superior product.

1 stop shop for logbook and calendar
Great log book app. Tons of sort functions, sync options and automatic adsb syncs for block times makes my log book effortless. Best app out there

The roaster doesn’t download completely and the technical support doesn’t answer.

Shutdown of CrewConnex Suppoort
Last year, unexpectedly, CrewLounge Aero, decided to deprecate the support of CrewConnex. Now, Instead of native support, users have to follow a super complicated process so they import their roster.

Lack of responsibility
I Have been trying to get a refund, and almost more than 5 month evading payment. App doesn’t work anymore, it started great and awesome, and all of the sudden no longer working.

This app is a joke. Lately they stopped providing support so one can’t properly download the roster. I had just paid full subscription and they haven’t refunded me, even though they promised they would. Terrible customer support.
