It won’t let me set the time the only thing good about it is that you can DIY the watch face😡

I’m having a few problems connecting my phone to the watch. When I press pair the screen goes dark then flashes light again the only way you can fix this is if you swipe up the app and there is no other way of getting out of this.

It was good at the start but afterwards it’s device could not be connected to the app on Bluetooth which is useless and super annoying.

I can’t log back in or reset the password. Watch is good but the weather does not update.
How do I log in after logging out?
Because my phone takes many tries to update the time and date after charging, I decided to log out and try again. However my email plus password no longer works. I have tried to log in with Apple, with Google and with Facebook but cannot get a verification code to go any further. I have read the Kogan manual but there are no troubleshooting answers. I’ve plugged it into the power to try to reset it but once it has some power it stays on permanently but won’t connect to the app.

Wasn’t working
Hardly anything was working and it didn’t let me do the things I wanted like changing the background. The weather wasn’t updating but the watch was fine.
Impossible to set time!!
I’ve just spent 3 hours on this watch trying to reset the time. It won’t connect to Bluetooth. It’s for my son. I can’t send texts either.
Not updating weather
I like the app, it’s great, but I really need the weather to be updated. It would also be nice if there was a option in the Firmware Update part allowing you to restore the watch firmware, as the shutdown and startup screen pics seem to be missing and the screen shows a T in the middle instead.

Pairing with my Kogan Watch
I cannot pair with my Kogan PLS + watch and cannot access my instructions because I am in hospital and I couldn’t find them at home before I came in. Please help.
Sleep monitoring
The sleep monitoring worked great when I first got my hpulse, now it jut tells me the hours I slept and doesn’t give me a graph of my restless and deep sleep, don’t know why it stopped but can’t get it to start again
Useless
Useless- can’t even get a verification code to make an account, and therefore can’t pair my kids kogan watch. I would rate this zero stars if it was an option!
