Honestly I was completely disappointed. The fact that you can’t even scroll or see what the app has to offer without paying isn’t right . And once you do it doesn’t let you access your own music. And no settings section to cancel subscription.

I’ve been emailing this app for 2 days trying to cancel my subscription now it’s the day it has to charge my card & it still won’t cancel who can I contact about this before I contact my bank about the fraud app!! Do not recommend been trying to get my subscription canceled they won’t reply may have to make a different apple account due to this !! Never download this app !

Getting hit with a paywall for an app you cannot even try is diabolical.. automatically gets a one star
Don’t use if your trying to do multi connect for headphones.
I downloaded so my wife and I can watch movies together on the plane, description states it will allow multi connect for headphones. Once you download it forces you to pay before finding out that it will only let you do it if it’s beats or AirPods. Literally iPad does that without it. Don’t waste the time or money if you’re just using for headphones. Now they got me for $5 because the description is just bait.

I’ve been contacting not stop about a cancellation on my pending payment because I can’t afford it and now my card is insufficient. I didn’t even mean to buy this dumb subscription and now it’s charging me and I’ve gotten no HELP AT ALL!!
Sounds nice, but there is no way to tell
The description of this app in the store sounds nice - I was looking for a more flexible way to tie my many devices together. I’ll never know, however; the developer wants you to subscribe up front. I downloaded the app with the intent of checking it out to see how it works and what kind of impact it has with playing my many sources of content. I have no qualms paying for apps that help me, and would have done so in this case as well if the app provided some value. But I’ll never know. During the initial runtime they require you to commit to a $30 subscription before you can even load the app. I would have been fine if, for example, they put some limits on a trial run — something like playing for a limited amount of time, or maybe playing only a limited number of songs before ads kick off, or some variation that limits usage during a trial. But no…. I was prompted to subscribe during the initial run and could not even get a sense of what the app does or how it might improve my setup. It’s no surprise why this app has so few reviews…. You can’t even try before you buy. I wish I could rate this lower than 1 star.

Trial services SMH
You guys need to offer a free trial even if it’s two hours of listening. Instead of just jabbing someone immediately for the $29 fee. I’m sure it’s worth it, wait I wouldn’t know that, because a basic free trial does not exist.

Sound Connect is the Sony app which is FREE and does everything you need to control and update your headphones.

Upon opening the app, you’re immediately greeted with a paywall. Might as well make this a paid application rather than add an unavoidable paywall to bait free downloads.
