Annoying app
Every time I open the app, I have to sign in twice using my email and hand scan. For some reason, the app doesn’t save my password either, so I have to manually type it in every single time just to access my timetable.
Please update the app so that the timetable is immediately visible and easily accessible as soon as you open it. For most employees, this is one of the main reasons we use the app, so it shouldn’t be hidden behind multiple sign-ins and unnecessary steps.
It would also make more sense for the timetable to take priority over workplace news on the home screen. Most of us are opening the app to check practical information like our shifts and working hours. Company news about partnerships and other updates is far less relevant to the average employee unless it directly affects things such as our pay, benefits or working conditions.

The app is rubbish it Tom much … I am older generation and limited on certain technogoly … why can’t simply put trading on Miocado app along with holidays and roster to much messing around with different pages … then passwords expire then not authorised for this account … I am in connect plus .. can’t navigate it

Old iPhone
I have an old iPhone that won’t update to the iso this needs. So can no longer go on the app

My thoughts on the app
The app is great much better then having to use google tabs it’s nice everything is in one app
But I do feel the app shows to much information we don’t want to see.
Like the only use for the app for me and others is to check MiOcado to see what shifts we have
So I believe MiOcado should be what the app shows first or maybe permanent shows our roster along the bottom ?
But that’s my only nitpick would be nice if someday there was a update that made our roster shown on the Home Screen at all times

Disappointment
Why they changed a perfectly working platform for this utterly ridiculous system god knows, I have Face ID on my phone, but no I need the Microsoft Authenticator which never generates the two digit code required
