BOSE REQUIRES $$$$ to Connect and Use!!!

I purchased a BOSE portable speaker to play from my iPhone. In order to use it with Bluetooth, requires the download of a BOSE CONNECT APP! After downloading the app, in order to activate it and use it, requires another additional fee.

Does not connect multiple speakers at once. Even after contacting customer service whom can’t even speak English.

Always works

While other apps fail to connect, Connect Speakers & Headphones hasn’t failed. I consider this a must have app for internet connected speakers. Appreciations to the developers, Connect and Play Music Better.

Scam- Do not buy

I downloaded the app and paid the $29.99 fee but when it hit my bank it was $46.94 which was obviously not the same price. I spent 20 minutes trying to connect to my Bose but it never did. Not worth the money. I’ll be disputing this with my bank asap.

I paid for this?

My bad I moved too fast downloaded and paid $29 for this. Thinking it was what I needed to get my Bose speaker working. It’s not. Totally unnecessary. I feel ripped off.

Came up first in search for Bose app when trying to set up my new headphones. I'm visually impaired and hadn't put my scleral contact lenses in yet, and stupidly proceeded to pay a "one-time" fee of $29.99 for whatever this app is.

Ripped Off!!!!

I bought the Bose speaker from Costco and followed the setup instructions by downloading the app, and the next thing I know after hitting Next, I purchased an app for $29 that I did not need to run the speaker. What a scam! This is criminal. You should be ashamed of yourself! I want my money back. What a joke.

I’ve paid 20+ dollars for this app that doesn’t even work… I’ll be contacting my bank to get my money back since I see y’all just beat around the bush and don’t get anything solved.

BEWARE SCAM

I was looking for an app for my Bose speakers and this came up. I downloaded to see if I could use it with my system but it didn’t work and it took $29.99 without my authority.
