This app is terrible and when I first got on it to try to understand how it works it charged me $40 immediately and I never even used Face ID or my Apple ID password to confirm the purchase. I also never even got my money back and when I went to make sure I wouldn’t receive another outrageous charge I went to their websites instructions on how to cancel my subscription, and low and behold it was a blank page. DO NOT GET THIS APP

Don’t count on this if you’ve lost your actual tv remote
I downloaded this because the SmartThings app keeps losing connection to my tv for some reason lately and I’m tired of having to constantly reconnect it, so I thought I’d give this app a try. Although it connected to my tv after a few minutes, it will not let you bypass the allow permission unless you have your actual TV remote to hit ok, so therefore it’s absolutely useless in my situation. If you have your actual remote during setup it might work out fine, but I was super disappointed this didn’t work for us.

Did not connect & overpriced
The app could not “discover” my Vizio smart tv. Tried all suggestions. It did detect the Roku TVs. Free for 3 days, the $6.99 a WEEK, every week until you cancel the subscription within your phone settings. Lots made I’m sure by forgetful and/or those that don’t take time to read. Legal, not very ethical. Cheaper to order multiple remotes & batteries from Amazon

No way does this actually have 4.5 stars. I’ve had smart tvs with apps for when kids lose the remote but not for $7 a week. Thats highway robbery.
Free trial Scam
To use the volume feature you need to pay the subscription fee. It clearly says “3-day Free Trial” and then 6.99 a week. Once I signed up, I instantly got a charge for 13.03 dollars…

I have no idea how this app has a 4.5 star rating it has to be from fake reviews. This is falsely advertised. It does not work without Wi-Fi. It doesn’t support many of the brands listed. it is simply a scam fruit to get seven dollars a week out of you and most people forget they are subscribed and they’re just milking peoples money. It’s impossible to use virtual remote without Wi-Fi. So don’t bother wasting your time. All of these are fake. The generic response from the “developer” says it all. Stay away.

The company, in their reply below, requested I email them directly for assistance at the provided address. I did email them, and I explained why I was emailing. I waited two weeks for a response, and this is what the CS agent said: “Why are you emailing?” I explained the situation again, hit send, only to find their mailbox is now full, so they are unreachable. The replies they post here are not to provide actual help, but rather to try and make themselves look good. This is truly a scam, and I will be reporting them. Please beware and select a different remote.
This is one of those times you wish zero stars was an option. I was promised a free, three day trial, before being charged an annual fee. I downloaded the app, found it didn’t work, went to cancel, and discovered I had already been charged. No refund offered.
