突然使えなくなった。

エラー

エラーでログインできず。
・対応している機種
・バージョン
なのにも関わらずエラー。
取扱説明書を参照して接続してくださいと書いているが対策全て試してもエラー。
Wi-Fi自体は繋がっているしパスワードも間違えてない。
他の家族の機種では問題なくログインできる。
バッファロー製品の信頼感はなくなりました。

アプリが初日からログインすらできないなんて、買うメーカー間違えたかもしれない。

何度やってもログインできません。設定もパスワードとかも間違いないはずなんですが、他の方もずいぶん前に書き込んでいるように早く改善してほしいです。
