Can’t link my accounts - seems to be unmonitored
Im trying to link my file to my account but can’t. Sent a message asking for help and got nothing. Called and am directed to use the app while on hold. I’d love to if it worked.
App doesn’t work
App was working fine previously and since they’ve done an update there is an issue and it just keeps saying “ there is a new update “ and brings you back to App Store then there is no update. I can’t use it anymore to connect or write to the team.
Incapable de prendre rendez vous
Incapable de compléter et d’envoyer ma demande de rv avec un spécialiste. L’application ne me laisse pas envoyer ma demande ni compléter la demand en entier. C’est frustrant car au telephone ils nous disent ndde passer par l’application! Je fais quoi quand ça ne fonctionne pas!!
