アプリからレコーダーを削除後再登録で、てこずりました

タイトルにあるように、登録済みのれこーだの定義を削除した後、再度登録しようとしても登録してできないトラブルがありました。サポートに連絡すると、ドラレコ側にアプリとの連携情報が残っているので、再連携する際は、ドラレコ側を工場出荷状態に初期化する必要があるとの事で、そのようにやって、再登録をやったら手順通りできました。
アプリの説明ページの機種変更時の手順と同様の流れでよれば良いという事がわかりました。サポートの方に教えていただき、助かりました。

私のように、一度登録して削除後、再登録する人は多いはずです。同じトラブルが起きた方が、この書き込みをヒントとしてトラブル回避できればと思い投稿しました。

video recorder not found

when connecting to the video recorder it said is connected and the network connection is already complete. but when opening the app again to register the recorder for a subscription plan, it said there is no recorder. I already subscribed for a monthly plan. what a waste of time!

感度を最低の1にしても

1日に2回は異常検知メールがくる。年間支払いしてしまった為どうしたらよいのかわからない。動画をみても「パチン」という音だけ、ぶつけられた気配すらない。

どう操作するの？

登録はしましたが操作方法が全くわかりません。
不親切にもほどがあります。

どうしたらいいか全く分からず

ドラレコ登録を削除したのに、登録情報として残っていて、新しく登録もできなければ変更もできない。削除したドラレコの登録は残っているからか、同じドラレコの再登録出来なくて、ドラレコ一覧にも表示できず。操作方法が一切分からず。
