Not taking steps from Garmin
It is really disappointing that this app still doesn’t sync steps with Garmin. Why??? If it can take the bike rides from Garmin, why won’t it recognize the steps? I don’t run with my phone (it’s the entire point of disconnecting through exercise !!!!), so I only get a fraction of my steps recognized for this challenge. Very disappointing, and I won’t participate next year if this doesn’t get fixed.

The app needs to be able to record indoor machine activities, e.g. running, bike and rowing indoor machines.
Also, the connection with 3rd Party sports app, e.g. Garmin Connect is not very stable and does not always capture and sync with accurate data.
Was hoping to see an improvement from last year’s usage, but unfortunately, it is a similar experience.
Fingers crossed I will see positive progress for next year??

Fun but buggy and could be much better.
It crashes quite often and hence misses parts of an exercise session.
It only links to Garmin and adding Strava would be important.
Being able to put photos in the chat would be nice.

Not good at connecting to Garmin and misses out activities if poor reception 😪😪😪😪
Very buggy
Every day it seems like there is a new issue. App crashes when on an active run, photos won’t upload, limited abilities to track exercise (no stationary bike or treadmill for example).
No response
Very little customer support when experiencing technical issues.
Poor connectivity with other devices such as Garmin
Really frustrating to try to participate - especially if you use a Garmin for activity and/or have an older version IPhone.
Gym (indoor) activities don’t count even for basic cycling and treadmill, let alone rowing.
Given all the exceptions to what is counted and the amount of effort required to sync various activities- after one day I am ready to throw in the towel.
