I love these games, nearly done this one, but stuck. Moved the pillar went to the room with fireplace. I left the room, then could not get back. In a loop now, going nowhere. Tried everything, no change.
Some of the moving to avoid obstacles challenges in all these games are impossible, too fast for old eyes, and arthritic hands…no easy option given, have to use a gem.

Item names don’t make sense
The story isn’t bad, but some of them item names and uses don’t make sense. For example, there was an item to unscrew bolts that I believe was called “twine”. It definitely wasn’t twine and you wouldn’t use twine for that purpose. There are also some puzzles that have to be completed in too specific an order when the actions that are inter dependent really don’t need to be. Not bad, just makes the game really frustrating.

This game is painful to play
I play allot of games like this one, and normally I can play through without hints. I found this game totally illogical. You would find a random object and it would be the key to a puzzle that had nothing to do with it. Also, the puzzles seemed to be thrown in randomly and they did not fit the story or progress the story. It was just a random puzzle in the middle of the game. I had to resort to hints which cost money (allot of money) in order to progress. Also, the storyline was a combo of the Three Musketeers and The Man in the Iron Mask, but only superficially, so the story wasn’t great. Being familiar with the story did not help with anything either. Save your money, this game is not worth it.

I finished the game and now on the bonus games but I am stuck near the secret room where you have to put the soldier in order but it will not open
cliche in bonus
at the fireplace the kindle does not sit in the fireplace for me to light with the flint. so i’m unable to continue playing 😢😭
