kills battery life
Something about this app is destroying my iphone battery life. it uses 30% of my battery life in a given day. Please fix the app so it does not drain the battery.

How do I access the full calendar? This site is a mystery. I am pretty computer literate; I am not finding this ap to be user friendly.

Activity info area does Not have enough room to explain where and when. Nobody available at your company in Customer Service! Inferior product.
Disconnected!
All of a sudden, I was disconnected! Now, no matter what I do, I cannot find my username, and therefore cannot establish a new password. Ridiculous!

The app looks of, but the senior living facility has barely anything in it! Not very helpful!
A big mistake!
This has got to be one of the worst apps ever. Aside from dining menus, the directory and the (sometimes incomplete) calendar, finding information is virtually impossible. Our community deserves a better-designed website. I was a designated cheerleader/ambassador for the site for its first two years, but have, in total frustration, given up that role. Our independent living director, the manager, is doing her best with what CL has to offer, but the app design makes it a near-to- impossible task!

Info is often wrong. No confidence in listings.
Order in bulletins is confusing. Switches back and forth on its own.
Generally it is better to use 918 or the sign on the piano to find out what and when things are happening at Applewood.

Frustrating
I wish there was a way to give minus stars for this app. Seems more interested is tracking me than helping me.

Cannot even sign in for the first time. Call the number provided and they took the information and still not able to sign in.
Alert
I keep getting alerts daily. I cannot seem to remove them even after going through all pages. Don’t know what is “new”. I got app because I was asked to by the living facility where my beloved aunt resides. They said that all communication would come through this app. So far all I see updated are daily menus, activities, and national CoVid numbers. Don’t care about National CoVid numbers for a virus that although is highly contagious, is just a virus that can be managed with proper care given early. Can’t wait to delete this app when the “crisis” is over
