Added fault history file support. (CVS) file format. Fault history is now stored and can be viewed on demand. A new feature, 'Ez System Data' can be used to get all the system data at one time. This feature will get the Fault History, the Data Archive, and the Well Report if the system has one. All this information can then be sent to service for evaluation.
