Grundsätzlich gut, aber…
3 Sterne, da die App grundsätzlich gut funktioniert. Leider funktioniert seit dem letzten Update die Fernsteuerung auf meinem iPhone 16 Pro Max (iOS 26.5) nicht mehr. Das Bedienfeld ist komplett ausgegraut und lässt sich nicht bedienen. Über Safari auf demselben iPhone sowie am Mac funktioniert die Fernsteuerung einwandfrei - betroffen ist also nur die App. Neuinstallation, Ab- und Anmelden sowie Neustart haben nichts gebracht. Bitte zeitnah beheben.

Can’t even finalize account
The app won’t even allow you to finalize your personal information to set up the account let alone actually use it. Very disappointing for chefs.

Leider besteht seit dem IOS Update auf Version 18.xx das Problem, dass keine Hiweistöne (z.B. Programmende ) mehr wiedergegeben werden. Könnte man bitte dieses Problem beheben. Danke

Extremely difficult and absolutely useless
Downloaded this after purchasing two Rational iCombi Classic ovens. Connecting to the internet was insanely troublesome. Registering the app was just as difficult with QR scanning useless. Then when finally trying to use this app for recipes, I have to login three times to access recipes, only to find that all recipes for for the iCombi Pro. Ridiculous really for $25k USD

È assurdo che un forno da 15000€ abbia questa applicazione. Non funziona per niente.

Questa applicazione su 10 volte si collega solo una volta da remoto secondo me dovete migliorare molto se no non serve a niente intasare il telefono con applicazioni che non puoi usare.
È inutile
Sarebbe fantastica , ma è inutile. Non si apre e non funziona. Visto il costo del forno e degli accessori, sarebbe carino aggiornare l’applicazione e fare in modo che si possa lavorare dal telefono

Non funziona più
Dopo l’aggiornamento non funziona nulla, iPhone non visualizza più l’apparecchio, rimane solo la schermata bianche che continua a caricare all’infinito.
Fate qualcosa che ne ho bisogno e non di può andare sul sito per controllare il forno, troppo macchinoso!!!

App molto utile.. peccato ora mai siano 2 mesi che non funziona totalmente.. nel senso che non mi mostra nessun dato, nessun forno connesso, è niente di niente… spero risolviate il problema
Useless
I didn’t expect that from Rational. Hope someday it works and can be something more that bunch of recepies. At the moment it is useless as the oven can be operated remotetly, or keep any register... hope they are working fast

Viele tolle Rezepte, einfach zu bedienen und die Remote Funktion ist der Knaller.
Nicht zu gebrauchen
Liebe Freunde von Rational, euere Öfen sind super aber die App könnt ihr in die Tonne kloppen. Eine Rezeptsammlung die in der Suchfunktion „Roastbeef“ oder „Schweinshaxe“ nicht findet ist unbrauchbar. Ich habe sie wieder gelöscht. Nervig ist auch die Anmeldeprozedur.
