Won’t Connect

Not connecting to my device. Some screen that says Pairing pops up but then goes away. No router info no other carriers show up. Not useful.

v1.3 update

I see some improvement with this version as it no longer requires a retry to get to the dashboard as 1.2 did.
Unfortunately, the update came a day after our subscription pause took effect, so I cannot fully evaluate until we need cellular service again.
What I most appreciate is the responsiveness. It only took a couple of weeks after expressing my concerns to roll this version out. Maybe you will be on versions 2.0 when we reactivate this fall and we’ll put it through the rigors again. Cannot wait to see what comes next.
