Exceptional experience

Wonderful from beginning to end. Every interaction with every medical staff member was incredibly pleasant. My four year-old daughter felt very comfortable. One of the best experiences with an urgent pediatric medical matter!

Awesome App!

I absolutely love the convenience of being able to send requests to my son's physician and care team.

Worst MyChart system I’ve ever used

Compared to other MyChart apps I’ve used, this has very very limited abilities. It doesn’t allow you to get reports, letters, or notes from your doctor/visits. My doctor’s secretary said I could only access these things through the WEB BROWSER version of MyChart. Oh and FYI, the web browser version doesn’t let you see these things either. So the staff think these systems have all these capabilities that they do not! But most infuriating part is that there is a blue bar at the bottom of the screen with the buttons “Home” “Specialties” “Find a Doc” “Locations” and “MyChart”. 1) why do you need a button for MyChart when you’re already in it?! 2) this blue bar blocks the bottom of the scrolling screen. The newest message or bill pops up at the BOTTOM of the scrolling screen. The button you have to click to view it is BLOCKED BY THE BLUE BAR! So you can’t access that message or bill until something else pops up beneath it and bumps that message or bill further up the scrolling screen!! Awful awful MyChart system. I had to get the report I needed MAILED to me through snail mail!!!

Doesn’t remember login

Requires me to enter login info every time, “remember me” button doesn’t do anything, nether is Face ID.

Bad information

The app said to check in on the app when we arrived. We did and it said we were all set and to take a seat. 30 minutes later we were called back only to be told we could be seen because we hadn’t checked in at the desk and receive a bracelet. My child has lots of things going on making waiting long periods of time ensure that she will not cooperate. Having to wait an extended period of time due to receiving incorrect information from the app was very frustrating and will ensure my desire to use it less next time.

I really like this app. There’s a lot of information!
The things I DON’T like is: when I need to reach out to my doctor the messages come back in the app. I wish they would respond directly to my phone in texts, that way I wouldn’t have to keep checking for a response. Also the Face ID option keeps showing me the “circle of waiting”.

Good app sign in options need work

The app works like it is supposed to, very easy to use. I just can’t get it to accept my Face ID or accept a pin. Every time I try and set it, it freezes on me. So I have to enter my password all the time.

Buggy!

I agree with Nick Procko’s review. The first thing I see when I log in (manually) is “Set Up Face ID.” When I tap that, I get to a dimmed screen with a spinner I can do nothing with. This broken functionality has been there for at least the last several updates. How did this pass testing and how did it get released??
The last update to the app was today, the day I’m writing this review, so clearly it’s still active. PLEASE fix it!

So many bugs

This app won’t remember my login, won’t let me select facial recognition, and is constantly re-asking for which account I am using. I save the preferences every single time and get so frustrated having to constantly re-login, especially when I am in need of quick access at the multiple doctors my child sees.
