I’ve been with Connections since it was Potelco and Boisetelco. I’ve never had an issue with the institution or with any employee. They are always nice and helpful. The app does everything I need it to. I recommend!

Not able to do wires from the app like Wells Fargo.. if you do a lot of them you have to got to the location not as convenient.. for business accounts

Before they came out with their app I had to make an app with a link to the website. It’s officially been over 2 years of me having this app and no issues not even once!

I love the app, so easy to use that even I can figure it out. Its nice not to bother the office and do it myself.
Mostly satisfied
Been banking with CCU for at least 15 years or more. For the most part, I’m very happy. Love the staff downtown, Melissa & Gary. I wish all branches were this friendly. But my two major complaints are: 1. No deposits at the ATM, so no ability to do after hours deposits. 2. I hate the new location on Fairview in Boise. Not easy to get in or out of, & we have to contend with way more traffic than the previous location. The two combined are bad.

Alerts do not work, deposits aren’t noted even though they are shown in settings, cannot have more than one account holder card, card alerts are sporadic, badge count for any alerts is never accurate, etc.

Im glad they finally added an app! It works nice, it’s very user friendly, and it simplifies so much! I only wish they had a section for credit card points in the app, but that a very minor thing anyways
