This app has been one of my go too’s when I feel like I may use or when I feel like I need someone to talk to that UNDERSTANDS the life of an addict. I wish I knew about it sooner, I may NOT have relapsed, when I did.

I cherish the Connections app. It has helped me to stay focused on my recovery long after counseling has ended. It’s also been helpful to interact with peers who are also on a recovery journey.

Best sobriety app
It is helping me just to go on there and realize that there is other people and there is a panic button. Somebody will always pick up if you need to talk. Nobody else has that but us.
A life saver! Literally
I adore this app. I have struggled with alcoholism and substance abuse for as long as I can remember and this app helps me so much by offering virtual meetings, peer support who KNOWS what this is like and they are always willing and able to help and just to be there.

I’ve been using the app for almost a week and the daily reminders to take time to myself and track my progress has helped allot, I think it will help me more long term on top of my normal treatment weekly!
