Causa app che non si collega il mio addolcitore é totalmente inutilizzabile in quanto non mi permette di collegarmi e procedere alla regolazione di base.
Potrei procedere manualmente dal tastierino ma occorre una passcode sconosciuta.

Not fit for purpose
This app is very poor and is not doing anything. The salt level is not a “level” just a weekly reminder to check. Thank you, very useful!
Regeneration seems to work randomly and even if I confirm salt level on the app it seems that I still need to reconfirm it on the softener console to have regeneration working again.
Not happy at all with the app and the machine too… water consumption is unrealistic and honestly I don’t really know if water softener is working or not. I see 20l/min when more realistically I have 10l/m or less. If I fill a tank of 4 lt the app says I have used 10 lt. Nonsense.

App veramente pessima
Ormai sono giorni in cui non compaiono i dati sui consumi.
Inoltre non comunica bene con l’apparecchio! Si scollega (apparentemente) dal Wi-Fi ogni 2 minuti. Se fai il logout e poi di nuovo il login magicamente riappare collegato.

Non funziona !!
Purtroppo il più delle volte i dati giornalieri non ci sono come pure quelli settimanali. Sono 5 giorni senza alcun dato. Inoltre non dialoga correttamente con l’addolcitore , non si possono effettuare modifiche dall’App in quanto non vanno a buon fine.

It does not communicate with the equipment, it does not transmit water consumption. There have been no data on water consumption for days !!! If you then try to change the data such as the time or something else from the App it crashes !!!! Useless app !!! Non dialoga con l’apparecchiatura , non trasmette i consumi di acqua . Sono giorni che non ci sono dati sul consumo d’acqua !!! Se poi si prova a modificare i dati come l’orario o altro dall’ App va in crash !!!! App inutile!!!

After each update some minir bugs appear
After last update, my regeneration cycles are not registered in app. Last reg.has been done in december 2022 (its how the software shows, but its not true, each weekend its done). Can you improve this? Also the flow meter in app sometimes dosent work (L.min)
Not possible to add new appliance
I tried with my client to add on his phone his new IQsoft that I installed. After many tries there pops „Check your internet connection” after accepting terms and there is nothing you can do. The internet connection is there by the way. Please fix this app!

Not recommend
Quality control is probably black magic for developers of this app. Icons and name changed 3 times recently but simply things like password reset not working. Even more, after recent update app loved my out and not accepting my credentials. Adiitionaly their is weird mechanism of storing whaterusage data in softener when Internet is not available - when Internet is not available for one day all data are commited with time when Internet connection was reestablished. After few months of using i can confirm that whole Iot idea is there as simply selling points as data provided by app are so unreliable.

After finally appliance connected to app
It was very hard to connect appliance to Erie connect app. After many tries, finally it connected. The app is very helpful for people who need information about their water consumption status. A great convenience is the ability to monitor the condition of the device while you’re away home. As well as the quick possibility of switch to holiday mode, from application. It would be fun to see how much water was used when rising the bed (unless rising bypasses the flow sensor). As well as information, when the next bed rinsing is taken place due to time of usage. Other then this, connection to the app with appliance was biggest issue.

The app works, kind of. Water usage graphs is very hard to read, so getting any detailed information is impossible. Polish translation is full of mistakes. Settings page has issues too, shows french degrees even if your device uses German degrees. If you try to make a change in settings it will keep showing “changes awaiting” message forever.
Current flow always shows zero. Basically the only thing that actually works is the remaining capacity indicator 🙈
