Outdated and overpriced
Charge an extortionate rate on all transactions, there are many many other solutions out there with far better technology. I've just binned this app and signed up with a different supplier with a 'square' card reader, with next day payments (unlike Adelante who take up to 2 weeks and take 6.5% per transaction) and now i only pay 1.75% per transaction and didn't have to pay a set up fee. In my opinion Adelante have had it too good for too long and are unwilling to move with the times and adapt to match the competition.

This app needs few improvements.
1. History viewing
2. Scan the card for the payment instead of typing it.
3. View how much you have earned in total weakly.

Very useful for credit card payments but extremely expensive at 6.5% charge per transaction.

Excellent for mobile payments, flawless operation and you can e-mail receipts to your customers and yourself for easy record keeping.

I downloaded the app, made a direct call to this company to find out more.
Originally there wer no costs other than the charges when taking payment.
THEN he decided to tell me there would be a WHOPPING £150 merchant account set up fee, when I mentioned can't I set up the merchant account he said"yes" but we will still charge you £50, SO I SAVED £100 within 3 seconds BUT ORIGINALLY THERE WER NO COSTS.
THIS APP COSTS IT TOTAL £150
PLUS £10 A MONTH
PLUS: CREDIT CARD AND DEBIT CHARGES.
Don't waste your time

Excellent for Taxi Drivers
Been using this app for a few months now and proven to be a great system for taking credit and debit cards without the monthly charge. Very professional with e mail receipt and money is sent usually the following week without a merchant bank account. I also receive a statement each week to tell me what monies to expect. Hope you can incorporate the card scanner in the near future and will be even better!

This is a perfect method of taking customer payments. Simple, safe and creates customer confidence.
£10 + VAT per month, 30p on any debit card amount & 2.5% on credit cards.
The merchant account AIB also provides a browser option which provides more options at no extra cost.
Monthly statements are clear and consise.

We have started to use this since last year for mobile payments in the uk. It noto only works on the I phone but also on other mobiles. It links well with the merchant account and clients really are happy with it. I have not yet discovererd a better alternative. Thanks adelante. V ehlpful team also.

Since I deleted the app and then installed it again the history works again so am now giving it 5 stars

The update didn't fix the history problem, but if you delete and reinstall everything works and it works great!

The payment surcharges are quite expensive if you do not already have a merchant account, but if you do then they can use your existing account so you only pay your normal debit and credit card changes plus they £10 a month, which isn't too bad I feel for having the connivence of being able to take payment wherever you are.

Not bad, could be more reliable.
I love the new surcharge system but hates having it crash when I check the history. Please fix.
