A total shambles

What is the point of this app? It shows you your order history, but doesn’t let you reorder? Instead it redirects you to their website and when you log in there is nowhere where you can view your order history to reorder!

Instead they redirect you to download the app! You then need to tap on each item individually to add it to your basket, then go back to the app and repeat. Eventually when you’ve jumped through dozens of hoops to checkout, you choose PayPal and then it asks you to log in then it only gives you the option to pay by credit card!

So then you have to go back to the basket, checkout with PayPal and eventually you manage to login to PayPal. Connevens then ask do you have an account? Login. I tapped login then it redirects back to the Connevens website and asks me to put in my credit card details!!

In the end, I was unable to place an order and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
