Developer negligence

Overall the function of the application is obvious. However, between the 2005 level of graphics, screen orientation, and functionality this application lacks drastically to it’s counterparts. I know that developers and designers nowadays really care less about how to design an application but this one is hideous. I have tried countless times to view the orders for my multi million dollar concrete plant and the ability to view orders via mobile app is similar to a thrift store level application. The search options do not minimize so they obstruct 80% of the mobile interface. You can only see one order at a time from the mobile app. I highly recommend a different mobile application to track your orders from a manufacturers’ side of dispatch. Command lacks all modern sensibility and functionality for current electronic devices. If I were in control of the management at command I would fire every single one of the current developers and hire a more modern, in touch, and relevant team. This app is embarrassing for the cost of the dispatch and batch software that command provided.

Fairly functional.

Provides data on demand. Suggestion would be to include the customer name on the Home Screen.
