Blocked by a monthly paywall
Another potential good app that wants you to subscribe to another service. No single purchase or ad driven option.
Helpful but misleading
The app itself is a great idea and I had high hopes. However, the more you explore, the more you find the important information hidden behind paywalls. Not only that but the information is sometimes conflicting. For example, they give Fairphone an A, but then give Google Gemini an F even though Fairphone has Gemini built into it. The lack of free information makes this app appear biased and skewed, even giving the feeling that they are just being paid to give some companies a high rating.

Great app but useless unless you pay the subscription
I think this is a really cool idea and we need more apps like this to expose major companies and make information more readily available. Contrary to the nature and implied intention of the app, the information is in fact not available at all unless you want to pay a subscription. In today’s economy, the average person is not going to be able to do that. If the creators of this application want it to go anywhere, they should at least give the basic information for free with superficial features added on for a price. I understand that the developers also need to make money for the time they spend, but overall it is unfortunate and I was disappointed.

Thought it was interesting, but ended up uninstalling
It’s a little tone deaf and ironic to charge a monthly subscriptions just to unlock essential features. Not to mention the scoring system is heavily screwed and makes no sense.

This app is very good. And I understand that the people who made this also need to eat. But by charging a paywall for transparency is to adhere to the very constructs they wish to destroy. This is a tricky situation: one must charge for their work so that it is appreciated in a way that is useful to oneself, but that entire concept is capitalist, and this app aims to pierce the veil of capitalism.

I’m just noticing that i have been feeling better about choosing brand i KNOW are good. I trade stocks a little and have been raving about this to all my buddies. If i had to say one thing i don’t like, it might be the lack of companies but more are added everyday and it’s SUPER easy to request them.

Good bones
While their basic system is a great idea, subscribing for features isn’t going to stick and it’ll lessen their environmental impact. They need to change their business model and generate profit some other way.

Great app to use for 1 minute
This app is a pretty good app to use for companies to see what they are doing. Until you get 90% of its features blocked by a 5$ paywall after reviewing 2 or 3 companies
