Terrible download procedure
To download this app on my phone I was required to add a payment system to my payments manager just to DOWNLOAD the app. Then I was charged $15 after the app downloaded. I’ve already spent thousands on your conference. Why would you charge me to download the app where all I’m going to do is view the agenda. Stupid. Remove this immediately.
