Why doesn’t the app recognize my login credentials?
I have a ticket assigned to my credentials on the website but the app doesn’t recognize the credentials from the website and is asking me to create a new profile. Is this app even legit?

Might be a good idea to make a good app for a crypto conference. So do I create a new account in the app? Use my Coindesk account?
