This app does not ask for your SSN. This app allows you to sign legally binding agreements and therefore we must verify your identity during registration. We ask for the last 4 digits of a user's SSN only, not your full SSN, and we discard of the data immediately after its sent to the 3rd party verification service we have a contract with. The last 4 digits will be made an optional feature in an upcoming release, however, if a user does not provide this information it lowers the chances of a positive identity match and we may have to turn away users simply because we cannot verify their identity without that information.

This app is absolutely broken. Does not work pst login or registration. Seems like a way to collect peoples email addresses and I’m frustrated that Apple doesn’t have a report app button for free apps meaning whoever is running this nasty little scam is getting away with it and making money of unwitting people looking for an easy consent form app. Stay far far away from this broken phishing scheme.

This is a fully functional app that was thoroughly tested by dozens of users with a myriad of devices before release. We have large numbers of users that have no issue at all registering or logging in. Obviously though, bugs occur and this is a very early version of the app, hence its version only being v1.0.1. This app does NOT ask for your SSN. It asks for the last 4 Digits only and immediately discards of the data once it is sent to the 3rd party Identity Verification Service we have a contract with. This app offers users the ability to sign legal documents, thereby requiring us to verify your legal identity before allowing you to sign a legal contract.
