Poor
The app is quite poor for its purpose. No ability to refresh screen or doesn’t auto refresh after accepting/declining to an event have to literally exit app. Such a basic view, with so many events, it’s like scrolling through your photo gallery. If you need to find something, it takes ages. Needs a better sort function. Clicking the “ma” actually opened up your maps app. It’s pretty much a pointless feature. We don’t need half the screen taken up by it. It’s not needed at all.

Can’t log in
Just can’t log in, asked to reset password, code doesn’t work or just isn’t sent. 🙄
Not a good customer experience
Unsure why our school has just changed to this app but it’s not intuitive, particularly for password reset and management. Will be giving the school feedback

Back end support is lacking
This app is a recent trial for our school and it is hard to see if we will continue.
Bugs aplenty riddle its use, with sync issues. There are also very tedious and unintuitive processes that must be followed in a specific order or the process can fail entirely.
To be honest, it is not easier to use than simply printing out forms to sign and carrying a bunch of folders during an excursion. Which, while fiddly, doesn’t fail and is less hassle than a program designed to replace it.
