This is supposed to be rock stable and secure but it’s completely broken and prevents me from accessing important services! No requests are coming through or if they do nothing happens when I open the app and enter my PIN. It has 2.5 features and even that appears to be challenging to maintain properly and keep fully functional 🙀

WORST APP
Worst application i had contact with. Very unserious and unprofessional application. Always has some kind od bugs, and its used for government websites.

Iako aplikacija ima neke bagove, bas je lakse koristiti je nego sve druge opcije za elektronski potpis. Jednostavno je i ne zahteva dodatne uredjaje i citace.
the worst authenticator
hard to believe that anyone would choose to use this authenticator for their portal/app/whatever. zero-star would be to generous rating for this app; written by code monkeys, bought and forced on others by morons.
iPad vs iPhone version
Application is total disaster! I have received and emailed saying that the licence will be expiring and when tried to renew the certificate I was unable to do it on my iPhone so instead had to use the iPad. Now when I tried to transfer the application back to my phone I am unable to save or even send the back up file / document! Therefor …. Unable to transfer the certificate as the system just shuts its self of!

Crashes after PIN update
App asks to update old PIN with a new 6-digit one but as soon as you enter it the app crashes. This has been going on for more than a year. People kept reporting it but the issue remains unresolved!
Not working after pin is set on ios18
App is not working anymore after setting pin it crashes on iOS 18 which renders it useless as it cannot be used to authenticate to eUprava anymore.
Please add biometrics
