Junk service

These dolts can at least update their News offerings at least once a week

Won’t refresh

The app is ok but hasn’t refreshed for three days. I’ve deleted and re downloaded and rebooted my phone.

Will not update articles

It has been days since the app will update/refresh articles.

App needs refreshing

Needs to be updated. Stuck on news from last week. Won’t refresh on iPhone.

Bad recommendations and unstable

The app often crashes while reading, and the app does a poor job in putting relevant articles first. Overall a frustrating experience.

Response from developer

We are unaware of any crashes in the app, it would generate a crash report and we've received none. Please go to our website and email us with what you were doing when that occurred and we'll try to replicate it on our end. As for us giving you relevant articles, that's the point, we don't have AI that tells you what to read. You choose the sources you want, and we give you all the articles from that source as they come out, in the order that the sources put them out. So many other apps "curate" the news you read, which basically means they choose which articles they want you to read. We don't filter out news like they do, we purposefully give you ALL the news as it occurs. You can select your sources and you are always informed! We think that's better than the apps that hide some of the articles and tell you they know which news you want better than you do. Thanks for the feedback!
