Does What I need it to Do
The App is great at facilitating my bag drop off. I don’t do 1 can at a time. Instead, I drop off the whole bag with a QR code and then they count it and tell me how much I made through the app. The app facilitates this pretty seamlessly! Unrelated to the app, we need more consignaction stores around the province, specifically those that allow for full bag drops. I have to travel about 12 minutes by car each way to get to one

J’ai été porter mes canettes il y a plus d’un mois, jamais eux une cenne. Aucune réponses de leur part.
Problème résolu par un bon vieux appel téléphonique.
Après 1 mois mon sac avait encore le statut de non traité. J’ai essayé de communiquer via la messagerie de l’application à plusieurs reprises sans aucuns retour. J’ai réussi à parler à une Agente par téléphone mais il a fallu plusieurs tentatives afin de trouver le bon canal de communication. L’agente a résolu mon problème en 30 secondes. Je suis assez débrouillard dans la vie et j’ai trouvé le parcours de résolution de problème assez difficile. Je suppose que l’application sera corrigé avec le temps.

15 minutes d’attente et la route pour traiter 20$ de consignes … seulement 7 clients total dans l’établissement , 2 machines opérationnel … beau concept sur papier, sa passe pad le test de réalité terrain …

J’ai testé l’application pour la première fois et à ma grande surprise ça répondu très bien à mes attentes surtout au virement de mon remboursement
