It was my first time doing a drop off and the staff at Fleury were so helpful cause i didn’t know what I was doing but they helped me through it, very clean and amazing staff

Seems extremely scummy. Wouldn’t be surprised if they don’t recycle the cans properly and instead make money from selling our info.

I’m really pleased with this method of returning cans and bottles. No more standing in front of machines that break down or fill up. I simply bring in a clear bag full, print a barcode and stick it on the bag. The money goes into the app and then into my account. Works great!

So far every time I have dropped off my bags of bottles and can the count has always been right on the mark it does take some time to get the refund but that is normal since there are lots of people the drop off their bags and I would like to thank the whole team of workers cause they are doing a great job

Loved the ability to drop-off a clear garbage-sized bag of cans and plastic bottles I’ve been saving. Farewell, sticky single can, grocery store machine - this new system suits me better.

En fait on est pas obligé, on peut laisser les sans-abris s’occuper de ça, ça leur fera une job à faire, j’ai déjà assez de mon travail en plus qui mélange le recyclage avec les poubelles, pourquoi on ferait plus d’effort que les entreprises ? Ce sont les entreprises qui font la grosse différence mais ils ne sont pas inspectés ni sanctionné alors tant que ce ne sera pas fait je ne lèverai pas le petit doigt.

Joliette à côté du Maxi 2 convoyeur sur 3 fonctionnent
Très frustrant d’attendre en ligne pendant 30 minutes et de se faire dire que le troisième convoyeur n’est pas disponible pour des raisons d’entreposage à l’arrière. Ce n’est pas normal franchement et à se demandé combien c’est convoyeur nous ont couté les moutons payeurs de taxes!! Frustrant

Much easier
So much easier and convenient to get your money back by e-transfer. Most of the times the change dispensing machine is out of order then I have to wait another time to get my money back. With the app it’s no problem I get the money right away in my bank account.
Another stupid idea coming from a brainless bureaucrat!
Before this idiocy being implemented you could simply grab whatever cans an bottles you already had and drop them to Metro or IGA ( in my area) combining the drive to the grocery store with dropping them. Now, in the same area you have half of the machines placed in such a place you have to drive specially to drop the bottles and the cans increasing the gas consumption than the pollution. Less machines means way bigger waiting time and being forced to dive special for it makes you wait more between trips increasing again the waiting time. Yeah you can drop the bugs and hope they will count them right (trust which I don’t have in them) and in a decent time (they say 7 days when you drop the bags and 14 in the app) I dropped two times 6bags than 7 bags… it took them 45days and several complaints first time and 15 day the second time and they gave me 25% (around) second time! But you have no other choice!
