Doesn’t work.

This doesn’t work on any of my M2 macbooks air, the developer sent me an email claiming I don’t know how to use the app. When you open it, it goes straight to a black screen with the words NO VIDEO, the only options you get is to close out, minimize, or change the size of the screen. i can’t log into anything, can’t do anything with the app

Hi, Watch my YouTube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rMWDp8AbGJc and follow the steps shown in the video. When setting it up, please enter your own PS5’s IPv4 address, make sure your Mac and PS5 are connected to the same Wi-Fi network, ensure that the PS5 is not connected to any network booster or accelerator device, and make sure that no VPN is enabled on your Mac. Unable to sign in to PSN ?, The PSN page is temporarily inaccessible. Try reopening Console Remote and logging in again. Or switch the registration method, finish pairing the PS5 and wait for the PSN page to be restored tomorrow. Open [Connect Device] → [PS5-Local] → [Edit] → [Obtain Account ID] → select [Via External Login]. Under these conditions, PS5 streaming should work properly. If you have any questions or run into any issues, please feel free to contact me directly. I truly hope we can resolve this smoothly.
