App crashes

I would absolutely love to use this since on the regular app you can only add one contact at a time but every time I try to login the app crashes. Very frustrating.

Far to basic functionality

I appreciate that this app is intended for a very simply use case, but the limited customization is the issue. At a minimum custom fields are needed to collect more data. Perhaps allowing use of existing events forms or landing pages would be a simplified way to extend the functionality of the app without extensive recoding?

.ca?

Will not accept any email not ending in .com ?!?

Terrible app

For such a strong company I expected much more, there is no way to edit the layout, font sizes are small and uneditable, it casts a shadow over graphics making uploaded graphics blurry or darker. Please make this better for the end user so it is easier to sign up. Very hard to use this the way it is

Needs Custom Fields

For me to use this at an Open House I’ll need a Notes field to note what the Buyers told me during any discussions that we may have had. This way I can ensure that my database is complete by simply reviewing my sign-ins.

Refine options

It would be more useful for us if input screen would allow zip code without other address info. Our customers don’t usually want to give whole address and it would be cleaner if they only saw the zip code field. Thanks

Will not accept .co.uk email addresses

The app works fine and will save me hours manually typing in contacts but the biggest problem for me as a UK business is it classes .co.uk as invalid. Hence it will not let anyone with a yahoo.co.uk email address enter their details!

Lack of Options

This app does not offer the same options as you get with the form builder online. In want to be able to pick specific information for the form but there are only general categories. Also when online the submit is very slow to respond.

Crashes v2.0

Crashes every time upon opening the app.

Response from developer

Hi, We fixed a specific case where not having a business address defined caused a crash. Version 2.0.1 addresses this. Sorry for the time you were experiencing this. Please always feel free to contact customer support.

not very user friendly

i agree with Mus65... and it doesn't allow you to use. any custom fields that you may created in constant contact already...as a business need attend many events and may need to collect different info at each...being able to save the form is critical especially since I may have volunteers working booths and tables

Response from developer

Thank you for this feedback. We now save the form between logged in sessions and will look into multiple form support as well as more field customization.

Doesn't save the form - Not working

I've created a form for concert patrons to use to sign up to receive emails but as soon as I log out, the customized form disappears. I have to put in AGAIN our logo and the fields I want the form to use. Not very useful!!

Response from developer

In earlier versions the app would stay logged in when closed and keep the form yet we just updated the app (v2.0.0) so even when logging out as you did the form data is retained. You should no longer encounter the prior experience.

App does not open template

Once you select a list and a template and hit continue you get a template error

Nothing but error

Doesn't do anything after logging in. Just a "template error."
